As we reach our fifth birthday today, we wanted to look back and reflect on our time and achievements so far. Five years ago, Bev Burgess, Louise Jefferson and Tim Shercliff founded Inflexion Group with a simple belief: that ABM, done well as part of an account-based growth strategy, transforms businesses. Since then, we’ve published books, built partnerships, grown our team, launched the ABM Academy, and watched our alumni community grow to 631 professionals across 36 countries.

2021 Inflexion Group was founded by Bev Burgess, Louise Jefferson, and Tim Shercliff
2022 Kogan Page published Bev and Tim’s new book, ‘Account-Based Growth, Unlocking Sustainable Value Through Extraordinary Customer Focus’
2023 We partnered with B2B Marketing and our collaboration with AI expert Jaspreet Bindra began, delivering the keynote on AI in ABM at the Global ABM Conference in London
2024 Inflexion Group expanded its shareholder base from the initial three co-founders to 11 shareholders, comprising the five directors of the company plus key members of the team during 2024
2025 Salesforce hosted the launch of Bev’s sixth book, ‘Account-Based Marketing: The Definitive Handbook for B2B Marketers’ (Kogan Page, 2025) during which we announced our new ABM Academy
