One of the things we hear most consistently from alumni of our Expert ABM Practitioner programme is that the quality of the course leaders makes a real difference to their experience — and the value they take away.
Elena Tudose, Senior Account Based Marketing Manager, Enterprise APAC at Autodesk, summed it up simply after completing the programme:
“Thank you, Bev, Tim, Louise, and the entire course team. I truly appreciate the effort that went into delivering such a wonderful and valuable learning experience.”
It’s the kind of feedback that reflects what we set out to do with the Expert ABM Practitioner: create an environment where senior practitioners feel genuinely supported as they push their thinking further.
About the programme
The Expert ABM Practitioner is our continuing professional development course for advanced ABM-ers. Delivered through twelve hours of interactive virtual sessions plus mentoring, it’s designed to refresh and update skills while helping participants build out their professional networks.
The curriculum covers the latest innovations and best practices in blended ABM strategies, how to leverage agentic AI tools in the role, and how to design and build an ABM programme — with an eye on preparing practitioners for leadership.
Participants also complete a 360° competency assessment and create a personal development plan, working individually with an Inflexion Group mentor as well as in small teams on a simulation exercise. The programme concludes with a certification webinar where delegates present their team plan and celebrate their achievements.
The course is led by Bev Burgess, Chief Executive of Inflexion Group and Louise Jefferson, ABM Academy Director – two of the most experienced ABM trainers in the world.
