Jacqueline’s contribution
Jacqueline has been instrumental in helping clients implement Scenario ABM – a focused approach that deploys time-bound, playbook-driven campaigns to deliver specific business outcomes. Unlike Strategic ABM’s highly bespoke programmes, Scenario ABM offers a lighter, more agile version of 1-1 supporting common challenges that account directors face, from needing to start conversations in a new area of their account to driving adoption and building advocacy across the account.
Jacqueline’s talent lies in helping sales and marketing teams move beyond transactional relationships to genuinely engage with their most important accounts. She understands that successful ABM isn’t just about tactics – it’s about aligning organisations around growth outcomes and working backwards to identify the activities that will drive success.
